My wife and I just finished building our third new home. Even the third time has it challenges. As Northern California natives we have relocated several times.  Most recently from Greensboro, North Carolina, to Atlanta. We wanted to ensure we had thoroughly researched all our home options in our new location. 
 

First, we determined how much home we could afford and then we began house hunting. We toured 21 new home developments and countless existing homes.  We also took our search to the Internet. We have found the entire process can be extremely daunting, time-consuming and exhausting (even for the experienced home owner) and this is where I can offer you assistance.
